Anyone determined by bm-trade.com to have violated these terms and conditions is subject to service termination without any obligation by bm-trade.com.
The following types of sites are NOT PERMITTED to use the bm-trade.com link exchange service for any reason:Thin affiliates (sites that have light or no original content and heavy affiliate linkage), sites that publish predominantly turnkey content, incomplete sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that fail to publish or provide a clear means of communication (email address or form-mail), sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, sites that offer or promote the use of FFA's (free for all links pages), sites that utilize turnkey designs within the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) and Work at Home (WAH) genres, sites that utilize multiple popups or sites that trap users with popups or javascript (or similar means), sites that generate or resell leads, sites that offer 'credit repair' services, sites that contain little or no unique content of value useful to the Internet, sites that are otherwise inappropriate.
By agreeing to these terms, you understand and accept that bm-trade.com has the sole and exclusive right to limit the usage of the bm-trade.com service and to permit or deny in its sole discretion the use thereof.
Link Exchange Regulation from bm-trade.comYour bm-trade.com Link Exchange account can only use with reciprocal purpose. A reciprocal link means that we exchange each other's link. Each link exchange may display on the system and bm-trade.com will inspect randomly from time to time. bm-trade.com reserves the right for the inspection of the other party's website at any time for bm-trade.com reciprocal link. If the other party does not display bm-trade.com banner and bm-trade.com link on their website without any notice by any reason, bm-trade.com will terminate the cooperation immediately without any further notification.
Bm-trade.com Link Exchange system will automatically renew the reciprocal link period for next 12 months period one month before expire date.
The system will initially notify the applicants by email if their application has been received by bm-trade.com. After receive the replying letter from applicants and confirmed by bm-trade.com and it's website link and banner had successfully linked on the applicant's link exchange website, then bm-trade.com will send another confirmation letter to the applicant and the system will activate the other party's link exchange within seven working days. Otherwise the application will not be informed if it's still under the status of evaluation process from bm-trade.com.
Link Exchange CancellationYou have the right to cancel the link at any time and you must cancel in writing by fill in the Cancellation Form.
Ownership and RightsBm-trade.com retains ownership and all rights to the bm-trade.com name, logo, software, web site, all data, and related proprietary information. bm-trade.com users may not use the bm-trade.com name , logo or any confusingly similar variations or modifications for monetary gain or profit outside of the rights outlined in this agreement. Users of the bm-trade.com agree not to share this information with any competitors of the bm-trade.com. Third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement. Anyone copying intellectual property from this website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international law.
